This is a walking & hiking program that is open to everyone of all levels & ages. We will be doing weekly walks as well as a hike every other week. Some hikes will be on Saturdays and some will be during the week, hopefully this will accomodate more peoples schedules. Walking is one of the best whole body exercises, but most people are limited by pain due to improper alignment & the incentive to get out and move!
